Off-the-shelf assistants sorted a single inbox into a fixed set of buckets. We wanted something that understood that a sales inbox and a legal inbox are not the same job.
So we built profiles: specialist category schemes you can point at any mailbox, describe in plain language, and adapt to your work. Add one-click unsubscribe, smart labels, and the ability to bring your own AI key, and you get an assistant that scales from one inbox to a whole company.
